Blueberry Cous Cous Baby Puree Recipe
- 1 cup cous cous
- 1 cup full-fat yogurt
- 1 cup blueberries
- Put the blueberries in a small pot and submerge them with water. Simmer the blueberries.
- Puree the blueberries in a food processor or blender until a smooth consistency is achieved.
- Prepare the cous cous according to the package directions.
- Top with the blueberry sauce.
This puree can be refrigerated for a few days, but is not suitable for freezing.
This puree is appropriate for babies over 8 months of age.
