This blueberry couscous recipe is a great food for your baby, because blueberries are known to be a super food. This recipe can be adapted by replacing the blueberries with other fruits such as peaches or mangoes.

Blueberry Cous Cous Baby Puree Recipe

  • 1 cup cous cous
  • 1 cup full-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries
  1. Put the blueberries in a small pot and submerge them with water. Simmer the blueberries.
  2. Puree the blueberries in a food processor or blender until a smooth consistency is achieved.
  3. Prepare the cous cous according to the package directions.
  4. Top with the blueberry sauce.

This puree can be refrigerated for a few days, but is not suitable for freezing.

This puree is appropriate for babies over 8 months of age.
