This blueberry couscous recipe is a great food for your baby, because blueberries are known to be a super food. Blueberries are a great source of anthocyanins, which are antioxidants that support healthy brain function. This recipe can be adapted by replacing the blueberries with other fruits such as peaches or mangoes.

Blueberry Cous Cous Baby Puree Recipe

  • 1 cup cous cous
  • 1 cup full-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries
  1. Put the blueberries in a small pot and submerge them with water. Simmer the blueberries.
  2. Puree the blueberries in a food processor or blender until a smooth consistency is achieved.
  3. Prepare the cous cous according to the package directions.
  4. Top with the blueberry sauce.

This puree can be refrigerated for a few days, but is not suitable for freezing.

This puree is appropriate for babies over 8 months of age.
