November 10, 2011 0 By EngineerMommy

This is a lovely breakfast idea for your baby. Alternatively, it can be served as a nutritious dessert. Mangoes are rich in vitamins C and E. Furthermore, they have soluble fiber and beneficial enzymes that support healthy digestion.

Mango & Ricotta Baby Puree

  • 2 mangos, diced
  • 1 cup full-fat ricotta cheese
  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender or food processor and blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.

This puree can be refrigerated for a few days, but is not freeze-able.

This puree is appropriate for babies over 8 months of age.

Always consult with your doctor about the introduction of new solid foods to your baby.
