If you like tropical flavors like mango, then you will love this smoothie! And with the addition of ice cubes and skim milk, you can actually enjoy a creamy, thick texture without all the fat & calories of a traditional smoothie! I love that!
Healthy Mango Milk Smoothie
- 1 mango, diced
- 1/2 cup pear, sliced
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Optional: sweetener
- Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender or food processor.
- Puree until smooth and free of lumps.
This was such an easy, delicious shake to make and enjoy! I have actually made it twice during the last weekend- once for breakfast and once as an afternoon snack! Yum!
