My Signature Recipe: Baked Chicken Parmesan
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. To prepare the baked chicken dish, first start by setting up a breading station. Use two plates to hold the flour and the breadcrumbs. Place the whisked eggs inside a bowl.
Start by coating the chicken in the flour. Next, dip the chicken in the egg mixture. Finally, coat with the breadcrumbs. Top with the Tomato Sauce and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the chicken and place it back in the oven for 5 minutes just to melt the cheese.
To go with my chicken, I love to prepare some pasta. I’m using the Signature Kitchens™ Angel Hair Pasta. In under 10 minutes, I have a delicious pasta that complements my chicken perfectly. Did you know that Signature products are actually carried by all 18 banners of the Albertsons Companies family of stores, including your local ACME!?
This meal is delicious and is always a family favorite around here! Everyone happily gobbles this up!
There’s something very delicious about the combination of breaded chicken, tomato sauce and melted cheese!

After that yummy savory dish, who doesn’t like something sweet?! I have the perfect dessert recipe to share with you. It can be made very quickly and has a wonderful flavor profile. I love that it only requires a handful of ingredients! Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F. Gather your ingredients. All these products are from the new Signature line at ACME Stores. I really love that the Signature line offers great quality at a fabulous value!
Use an apple slicer to make nice & even apple wedges. I’m using Signature Farms™ Gala Apples. They’re deliciously crunchy and sweet! Place the wedges in the graham cracker crust.
Bake for 30 minutes to soften the apples. Take out the pie and drizzle some Signature Select™ Maple Syrup on top. I love the scent & taste of maple syrup!
Add some Signature Kitchens™ Mini Marshmallows over the top. Place back in the oven for 5-7 minutes to melt the marshmallows.
Take the pie out of the oven and sprinkle the Signature Kitchens™ Chopped Pecans on top. The dish is done! Enjoy!
Serve a slice of this dish warm. The flavors in this dessert are so yummy!
I love the crunchy crust, the soft apples, the sweet marshmallows and the nutty pecans! It’s a lovely balance of flavors!
