This year, I am trying to lead a healthier lifestyle. I am making smart food choices, drinking a lot of water, getting enough sleep, and of course, exercising regularly. However, when it comes to exercise, I find that there are certain ways to motivate me for a great workout. Today, I will be sharing some of my everyday workout essentials!

Fitness Tracker: Whether I’m logging miles on the treadmill at the gym or just planning on running around town, I always wear my fitness tracker. It’s an easy way to keep myself accountable and stay on track with my fitness goals. I love that it keeps track of how many steps I take, miles I travel, calories I burn, etc.

Music Player & Earbuds: For me, no workout is complete without some great music. I really love upbeat, high-tempo songs that rev me up and push me to burn more calories. I always have my music player and earbuds with me when I head to the gym.

Facial Cleansing Wipes: After a good workout, I love to wipe my face with one of those facial cleansing towelettes. It’s a convenient way to remove dirt, oil and makeup from my face and provide a fresh slate to apply some basic post-gym makeup.

Stainless Steel Water Bottle: When working out, it’s so important to stay hydrated. I love my new stainless steel water bottle, because it’s pink (duh!) and totally shiny. Plus, it keeps my water nice and cold for a long time.

Great Workout Clothes: When it comes to motivating me for a great workout, nothing works better than a fabulous workout wardrobe.
