Mint rosewater club soda recipe

After yesterday’s recipe on a mint-infused lemonade, I wanted to share with you another beverage recipe that is also a big hit around here- mint rosewater club soda. This drink is delicious and refreshing, and only takes a few ingredients to whip together. The star of this drink is the rosewater. Rosewater is a flavored water that is very popular in Middle Eastern cuisine. I’ve used rosewater before in this recipe and this recipe. It’s a strong flavor, and a little goes a long way with this stuff!

That being said, rosewater is a wonderful addition to desserts, pancakes, beverages, ice cream, and more. Again, just 1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon is usually plenty of flavor per serving!

Lets look at today’s recipe of Mint Rosewater Club Soda!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup club soda
  • 1/2 tsp. rosewater
  • several fresh mint leaves
  • sweetener (I like 2 tsp. stevia extract)
  • ice cubes

Directions:

  • Muddle the mint leaves. If you don’t have a muddler, you can use a spatula (or fork) to extract more flavor from the mint leaves.
  • Add the rosewater, club soda, sweetener and ice cubes. Serve with a pretty straw and drink up!
