Eyeliner Hacks and Rimmel Scandaleyes Eyeliner

I recently received the #Rimmel Scandaleyes Waterproof Eyeliner complimentary from @Influenster in the #FrostyVoxBox for testing purposes. It was such a fabulous eyeliner that I want to share with you all my thoughts on the product, as well as some clever eyeliner hacks. The eyeliner creates such a smooth, soft line so effortlessly. It’s not hard or dry like other eyeliners I’ve tried in the past. This eyeliner from @RimmelLondonUS has a very rich dark black color that is definitely not subtle. It requires a steady hand and a pretty good technique but the final result is a professional-looking beautifully lined eye! Oh and they also sent me the Rimmel Gentle Eye Makeup Remover. It is so gentle on my eyes, but it completely dissolves all eye makeup, even my waterproof mascara, eyeliner and eye shadow!
