Have you all jumped on the Energy Bites bandwagon?! It’s totally a thing now. These little bite-sized morsels are filled with lovely flavors and are so quick & easy to prepare, you’ll wonder how you lived without them until now! Trust me, they are that good! The recipe I’m sharing with you all today for the Chocolate Almond Energy Bites is the first variety I’ve ever made.
However, since then, I’ve made a number of other types. I simply can’t get enough of them! You will feel the same way, I’m sure!

Chocolate Almond Energy Balls
1/2 cup slivered almond
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup dried dates
1 tsp. almond extract
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1. Place all ingredients into the food processor.
2. Pulse until the mixture starts to come together.
3. Form them into small balls.
Try one! You will likely want another one soon after!
