Simple Watermelon Slush Recipe
July 31, 2015This is probably the easiest recipe you’ll ever try! Seriously, folks, this one is only TWO ingredients… and that’s if you count ice cubes as one of the ingredients!
There’s no fruit more iconic of Summer (to me, at least) than watermelon. No fruit refreshes more thoroughly and fully than some cold watermelon on a hot Summer day. The other day, I bought a whole watermelon, and wow, it was big! So I needed to get creative with using it up.
By simply throwing some ice cubes and watermelon cubes into a food processor, I was able to whip up a fruity, icy watermelon slush! Perfect for sipping on the patio on a hot Summer day!
