1. Take up a sport.

These are great ideas. We love to go on walks. I usually try to jog daily in the neighborhood as well. This looks like a great water battle to have. I always have one nearby in the summer since it gets hot in Texas.

I go for walks everyday. That is my daily exercise. I feel invigorated and ready to face my daily tasks! The only thing that will stop me from doing my walks is heavy rain. Haha.
Gardening is by far my favorite way to be active during the spring and summer. Not only is it a great workout, but it’s so exciting seeing new things growing!

These are all wonderful ideas that I can include my son in. He needs outside time, but I honestly hate just playing frisbee all the time. He will enjoy all these, maybe even the gardening.
