Kiwi citrus ice pops

This simple ice pop recipe is so delicious, and only requires a couple of ingredients. I like recipes that only have a few ingredients and only a few steps, don’t you? There’s something intimidating about recipes with a long laundry list of unusual (maybe hard-to-find) ingredients that just puts me off! Way off!

This recipe today only requires TWO ingredients. You can make these ice pops for a party or just any special day in the Summer. The bits of kiwi that peek through the ice really make this a fun, festive treat!

Ingredients:
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
2 cups lemon-lime soda

Directions:
1. Peel your kiwi and slice it. It’s okay if you wind up with more of a chopped kiwi. My kiwi was pretty soft, so it was difficult to make perfect slices. No worries, friends!

2. Place the kiwi pieces at the bottom of your popsicle molds.
