Mint-infused lemonade recipe (makes one serving)
Ingredients:
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tsp. stevia powder
- 1 1/2 cups water
- several fresh mint leaves
Directions:
- Add your mint leaves and about 1/2 cup water into a tall glass. Release the mint flavor, by using a muddler. If you don’t have a muddler, you can use a fork or your fingers to squeeze the mint leaves and agitate the water. If you have the time, you can let your mint leaf sit in the water for a while (an hour or two) to infuse more flavor.
- Add the stevia, lemon juice and the rest of the water. Add ice cubes, if desired, and use a pretty, festive straw! Enjoy!
