Use tension rod to secure spray bottles in cabinet

September 28, 2012 0 By EngineerMommy

I’ve written about the cabinet under kitchen sink before. It is one of those cabinets that tends to be a catch-all for various cleaning supplies and such. But all those spray bottles take up valuable real estate in what is usually a very cramped cabinet to begin with. Why not go vertical and utilize all that space a foot or so from the bottom of the cabinet! Now you can with an adjustable tension rod.

I found an adjustabled tension rod in white from Hobby Lobby and I think it was about 2 or 3 bucks. I brought it home, adjusted it to a high tension in that cabinet, and just hung all my spray bottles. I love the way it looks and works.

Here is the Before picture.

And now the After picture.
