Staying physically active on a regular basis is essential to a healthy lifestyle. I try to work out by heading to the gym at least 3-4 times per week. Even when I don’t have time to head to the gym, I try to keep my activity levels up by parking farther away from the store, having dance parties with my daughters, and finding creative ways to work out.   1. Snacks have always been my downfall. I love to snack throughout the day and I have made some bad snack choices over the years. It is all about smart snacking.
