Grill the shrimp over medium heat in some olive oil for about 5-7 minutes until they develop a bit of color.

Now it’s time to assemble the salad. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl. I love the bright colors and vibrant flavors of this dish. For the salad dressing, I simply combined some olive oil, balsamic vinegar and crushed garlic together. Easy & flavorful!

Instructions

  1. Adding the grilled shrimp will make my hubby want to eat this salad. I could add or take away the shrimp and still enjoy the salad.

  2. There is nothing like a bit of grilled shrimp and I am loving the idea of it being a part of a salad, I could just tuck right in now.

  3. Do you have any alternatives for hearts of palm? Not sure if we have it here.

  4. I love the idea of making a salad like that for dinner. I never think to add canned ingredients to salad. I’d eat this salad with or without the shrimp.
