Grilled Shrimp & Hearts of Palm Salad

Grilled Shrimp & Hearts of Palm Salad
Start by chopping up some romaine lettuce and slicing some red onion, cucumbers & cherry tomatoes. Scroll all the way down to the recipe card for the detailed recipe.
Gather Reese Hearts of Palm and Reese Marinated Artichokes. I really love the crunch & texture of the hearts of palm – I’m always adding them to my salads!
Grill the shrimp over medium heat in some olive oil for about 5-7 minutes until they develop a bit of color.
Now it’s time to assemble the salad. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl. I love the bright colors and vibrant flavors of this dish. For the salad dressing, I simply combined some olive oil, balsamic vinegar and crushed garlic together. Easy & flavorful!

- Reese Hearts of Palm
- Reese Marinated Artichokes
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1 seedless cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 10 shrimp
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

I don’t know of anything else that has that same delicious taste and texture. Look for it in the aisle that has artichoke hearts.

I didn’t realize you could get hearts of palm in a can. I have never really tried it before. But, the shrimp looks so yummy!
I used to work in a Latin restaurant and we used Hearts of Palm in our tossed lobster salad! I love the way that it goes with fresh seafood (and I also love that it’s nonGMO!!!).
