Start gathering your ingredients: Heluva Good! Sharp Cheddar Cheese, tomato sauce, alfredo sauce, cooked elbow macaroni, and ground beef. Scroll all the way down to the printable recipe card for all the details.
Season the beef with salt & pepper. Saute over medium heat until fully cooked & lightly browned. Set aside.
In an oven-proof serving dish, combine the cooked macaroni and ground beef.
Next, pour the tomato sauce and alfredo sauce on top.
Want your dish extra saucy? Feel free to adjust the amount of sauce to suit your preference.
Toss the ingredients together until fully combined. Now, it’s time for my favorite part: the cheese! Slice Heluva Good! Sharp Cheddar Cheese into thin squares and sprinkle throughout the dish, adding a few extra on the topmost layer. I love that this cheese is made with milk and contains zero grams of trans fat per serving!
Place in a 375 degree oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted.

- 4 oz Heluva Good! Block Cheese, sliced thinly
- 8 oz elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1 cup ground beef, cooked
- 2/3 cup tomato sauce
- 2/3 cup alfredo sauce
- 1. Combine the macaroni and ground beef in a large oven-safe dish.
- 2. Add the tomato sauce & alfredo sauce to the dish and mix to combine.
