I’m always buying asparagus at the supermarket. It’s a healthy, delicious vegetable, but I’m always looking for new ways to prepare it. This recipe I’m about to share with you is probably my favorite way to cook and eat asparagus. It’s bursting with flavor!

- 1 bunch of asparagus,
- 5 or 6 scallions, sliced
- 2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Heat up the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the scallions to the pan until they soften.
- Add the asparagus and the teriyaki sauce and cook for about 5 more minutes.
This dish would pair very well with salmon (any fish, really) or chicken. It’s a perfect recipe for those weeknight meals when there is just not enough time to slave over the stove all night. Try this asparagus recipe- you’ll love it!
