Pumpkin spiced coffee drink recipe

With the cooler weather fast approaching, there’s nothing more soothing and appropriate than a tall mug of hot yumminess! And by yumminess, I mean a hot and spicy pumpkin coffee.

But “I don’t have pumpkin-flavored coffee beans at home,” you yell out!

Fear not, because this recipe will give you that pumpkin flavor using any old coffee beans you have at home. Where there’s a will, there’s a way!

Pumpkin spiced coffee drink recipe

  • 1 cup regular or decaf coffee
  • 1/4 pumpkin puree (sold in a can)
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • milk, to taste
  • sweetener, to taste
  1. Start with your regular coffee and add the pumpkin puree in there. You want to liquify the pumpkin within the mug, sinceĀ  you don’t want chunks of pumpkin sinking to the bottom of your cup. I used a milk frother to completely blend the pumpkin and coffee. You could also use a hand blender, food processor, or even a hand whisk.
  2. Add the pumpkin spice, milk, and sweetener according to your preferences.
  3. Enjoy the beverage warm!
