5 Lifestyle Tips for a Healthier 2023

I am currently practicing a vegan diet and I’ve really enjoyed coming up with creative, plant-based meals and snacks. 2. Practice stress management: It’s important to keep everyday stress under control. Begin a practice of yoga, meditation, journaling or mindfulness to help you manage your stress levels. I’ve recently started doing yoga & meditation again and they have been so helpful for my mental health.

These are all great ideas. I have actually tried that chocolate and I was so amazed at how great it tastes. I love that chocolate.
I recently had to make a change to the way I was eating, which meant cutting out most sweets. I’m definitely going to look for Gatsby chocolates. Only 2g of sugar is doable!
I need to get back into an exercise routine. I’ve been such a slacker. I also need to get better at going to bed early.

Working out 4 times a week can really benefit us. I try to do this around work. I normally do this 4-5 times a week although length varies.
