Frothy blueberry smoothie {secret ingredient}
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds (secret ingredient)
- 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen (fresh is also acceptable)
- 1/2 banana
- Optional: sweetener (I like 1 tbsp. stevia)
Directions:
- Simply throw all ingredients in a blender and blend on high setting.
- Serve immediately. Garnish with a few blueberries, if you like!
