You all know that following a healthy lifestyle is very important to me. I try to make responsible food choices, exercise several times per week, keep stress under control and get enough rest at night. That’s why when I discovered that the folks at Nano are coming out with a new all-in-one health app, I was very excited!

What is Nano? It’s a well-being network that’s packed with the tools & resources that are designed to put you in control of your health. They even have a subscription box filled with health-oriented products that can be delivered to your doorstep quarterly. Their boxes contain everything from the latest at-home health test kits to stress-relieving coloring books to the best sunscreen oil on the market. If you’d like to experience a Nano box for yourself, I have great news. Nano is giving away one well-being box and a six-month membership to Nano+ – click here to sign up!

Their new wellness app will simplify & streamline your health information. Get on the waitlist (it’s filling up quickly) so you’ll be one of the first to try the new app here once it’s available for download. A few weeks ago, I received my very own Nano box and I can’t wait to show you what was inside. It was packed to the top with so many amazing products all geared to improving one’s health!

Here’s a peek at what was inside:

  • mindfulness coloring book
  • felt-tip coloring markers
  • glass water bottle
  • first aid travel kit
  • heart health lab test
  • sunscreen (SPF 50) oil
  • mustard bath salts
  • socks
  • golden eye recovery mask
  • turmeric ginger shot
  • Nano t-shirt
  • Doing Things baseball cap

One of the first things I noticed in the box was the mini coloring book. As a kid, coloring was one of my favorite activities! Now as an adult, I still enjoy sitting back and coloring. The activity actually promotes mindfulness and a sense of calm. Not only did the Nano Box come with an adorable travel-side coloring book, it also had a pack of rich, vibrant markers.

Another item that caught my attention quickly was this glass water bottle from Soma. It looks so modern & sleek with its protective silicone sleeve and bamboo cap. I also really love the wide mouth of the bottle, which will make it easy to clean or add ice!

The sunscreen oil from Supergoop! was also included in the Nano Box. It’s absolutely amazing. The ultra-hydrating formula leaves my skin glowing without feeling greasy at all! A nice glow and protection from UV rays? Yes, please!

I’m really in love with all the products in my Nano Box and I can’t wait until the Nano app is available for download. With the app, it’s possible to create a digital snapshot of your health information (blood type, exercise habits, etc,) which can be shared easily with doctors or family members. There’s also a community section, where you can ask others questions regarding your health. The app also includes personalized recommendations, which are based on your unique health profile.  Being in charge of my wellness and creating a concise overview of pertinent health information is priceless to me!

The app also features alerts that notify you if you might face potential health issues. If you have wellness devices (fitness trackers, glucose monitors, etc.,) they can be connected to the app to create a complete picture of your health. Nano Premium members receive the Nano box quarterly in addition to full access of the app.

So what are you waiting for? Learn more about the Nano app and enter the giveaway for a chance to win one well-being box and a six-month membership to Nano. Would you like to experience Nano for yourself?
