I recently suffered a hip injury that prevented me from heading to the gym for a few months. It was definitely a tough experience, but it taught me the importance of perseverance and dedication. Even though I wasn’t able to work out during that time, I was still committed to leading a healthy lifestyle. Sometimes, when the weather is too cold to be outside, I’ll hop on my elliptical and get a workout right in my own house. It’s such an easy way to make sure I stay active every day.

I am not one of those people that can skip breakfast. Instead, it is vital for my mood and health to start each day with a satisfying, well-rounded meal. As I get older, I notice that my joints aren’t what they used to be. I really need to check out Caltrate. I like that you only have to take one pill a day.
as women we have to take care of ourselves so we can take care of everyone else and that starts with good healthy lifestyle options. You raise awareness of the importance of supplements too! I take them too-rock on!

These are great tips! I do forget to exercise when I get busy and I know I need to. I try to eat healthy too, sometimes I slip but I am getting better daily with this.
