These are all great ways to unwind after a long day. I love the idea of checking out that app game, I honestly never though of using that to wind down.
I go on walks all the time when I need to unwind and destress from the day! I would like to take more bathes to soothe myself, I’ll work on that. great list : )

My favorite way to unwind after a long day is to take a bubble bath with a good book and a glass of wine! Works like a charm!
