When I start planning for any party, I truly believe it’s the little details that make a big impact! For me, I usually make sure my invitations look their absolute best. After all, the invitation is the first impression the guests will get about the party itself, so I always try to pick an invitation that is chic & fabulous! I have recently been introduced to Irina from the IrinisDesign Etsy shop, and let me just say that her shop has one of the best selections out there on custom printable invitations and party-related printables! (Keep reading for a coupon code for a great discount!)

My younger daughter is turning 2 in just a few weeks and we’re throwing a small party for her, so it has been perfect timing for me to review the IrinisDesign Shop! Here’s a sneak peek at my gorgeous birthday party invitations!

Aren’t they lovely? Notice the matching washi tape on the back of my envelopes? Remember, it’s the little details that count! Stay tuned for a future post on party decorating details!

If you take a look at the IrinisDesign shop, you will see what a vast variety of digital products she sells! From bridal shower invitations to baby shower invitations to baptism invitations, this shop covers all your bases! Of course, there are a ton of birthday party invitations, with designs that cater to everyone from a toddler’s 2 year old birthday to an adult’s 50th! You can also purchase various party game printables, such as “Bridal Bingo” and “What’s in your purse?” You can customize each printable so that everything matches, and your event will look sophisticated and well planned out. There are also printable book inserts, recipe cards and water bottle labels! Yep, she has thought of everything! Oh and don’t forget the Thank You cards; there are dozens of stunning options in the Shop!

I want to add that the designs of all the digital products in her shop are truly magnificent! They all feature contemporary and trendy graphics that really draw you in. Nothing feels mass-made, like the boring ones you could pick up in stores. The products from her shop all have a charmingly handmade quality to them, which makes the invitation look that much more thoughtful! It’s no surprise that her invitations are spectacular. Irina has been working with digital media for the past ten years! She opened her shop on Etsy about two years, and has been successfully selling her custom printables to thousands of customers since then! Oh and when I had a number of additional requests for changes/extra lines added, she quickly accommodated all my requests!

So, are you interested in ordering something from her shop? The process is super simple! Here’s how it works:

  • You browse the selection of invitations in the category for your event. When you purchase a particular invitation, you will provide the customization options (date of event, address of event, etc.) to the Shop owner. A proof of the design will be e-mailed to you within a few days for you to approve. Once you approve the proof, she will prepare the final files that you can then print out.
  • If you cannot find a design you like, you can start an Etsy conversation with her and she will work with you to create a theme or alter any color schemes!
  • If you want additional products that match your invitation, simply navigate over to the “Extras” section of her Shop. There you will be purchase the following perfectly matching products: thank you cards, diaper raffle tickets, water labels, banners, recipe cards, and more!
  • When you’ve got all your files ready to print, you can either bring the PDF file to an office supplies store or bring the JPG file to a photo printing center. Alternatively, you could even print them at home on white card stock. Easy peasy!

I also had the privilege of picking out another product from the IrinisDesign Shop and I chose one of the recipe cards. It comes on a sheet with two cards per sheet. I printed these out at home on white cardstock!

The next step was to trim the cards, so I used my handy paper cutter. It makes much neater cuts than a regular ol’ pair of scissors!

Now here are some of my recipe cards all filled in!

I use the navy blue chevron folder to store my recipes (magazine clippings, printouts from online, etc.) when I first get them. Then I will usually test a recipe in my kitchen before I will decide if it’s worth keeping. Once I know a recipe is a keeper (and I love the finished product), I hand-write the recipe onto one of my Recipe Cards. The next step for me will be to get these cards laminated, so they stay clean even among the messes of a kitchen! Oh, and how sweet would it be to give my collection of recipe cards to one of my daughters when they get older? Love that idea!

Here’s one more look at my gorgeous invitations! I can’t stop staring at them!
