Easy Game Day Loaded Nachos
September 24, 2015Is there any food better for a game day than Loaded Nachos?! I think not! There’s something so fun and festive about digging into a plate of nachos topped with cheese, salsa, gaucamole, olives and more! And the recipe I have for you today is such a simple, easy way to make these nachos! In a matter of only 15 minutes, you could be digging into a plate like this one below!
Easy Game Day Loaded Nachos
Ingredients:
2 handfuls tortilla chips
1/2 cup salsa
3/4 cup refried beans
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1 avocado, sliced
4 scallions, sliced
1 cup black olives, sliced
2 limes
Directions:
1. Lay the tortilla chips on your plate.
2. Top with the olives, avocado and scallions.
3. Top with the remaining ingredients. Squeeze some lime juice over the top and serve with some lime wedges as garnish!
It was such a delicious and festive way to enjoy a game! Each bite of the nachos is packed with flavor!
