DIY Masks {a kid’s craft}
November 11, 2015Sometimes, when the weather gets cooler and we are stuck indoors, I have to get creative to keep the little ones entertained and busy. So that usually means a craft activity of some kind. Just like Mama, my girls love to do a good craft project! 🙂 These DIY Masks are a fun activity for the kids!!
Today, I want to share with you all an easy and fun kid’s craft to make these cool-looking diy masks. A perfect activity for a rainy day!
DIY Masks {a kid’s craft}
Supplies:
paper plates
crayons
miscellaneous embellishments (stickers, pom poms, chenille stems, feathers, etc.)
Directions:
1. First, cut the general shape out of the paper plate. Cut out eye holes, too! These DIY Masks are a great way to ignite your child’s creativity!
2. Use crayons to color in the mask.
3. Add embellishments. My girls had a lot of fun adding pom poms, feathers, chenille stems and stickers to our masks!
This was such a fun, easy project. I hope you try it with your kids when it’s too cold or rainy to go outdoors!
