Bacon Tomato Breakfast Quiche
December 1, 2015Mornings tend to be very busy around here. Between getting everyone a nutritious & delicious breakfast, packing lunches, getting everyone dressed & out of the door, I am always looking for easy shortcuts in the mornings! Today, I’m sharing with you one of these shortcuts. This breakfast quiche is great, because I can throw all the ingredients into a round baking dish and 30 minutes later, have a tasty breakfast for everyone! Love that!
Bacon Tomato Breakfast Quiche

Bacon Tomato Breakfast Quiche
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- 2. Pour all the ingredients into a greased round baking dish.
- 3. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 25-30 minutes.
- 4. Let cool slightly before serving.
