Tzaziki Yogurt Sauce

If you’ve ever had Greek food before, you may have tried this delightful, savory sauce, bursting with the rich flavors of garlic and lemon. Complemented by the crunch of cucumber and the creaminess of yogurt, this sauce is a wonderful marriage of flavors and textures!
This tzaziki yogurt sauce recipe can be made in big batches and stored in the refrigerator for several days in an airtight container. This sauce pairs excellently with grilled chicken, beef or lamb, but also works well with simple grilled vegetables.

Tzaziki Yogurt Sauce
Ingredients:
- 2 cucumbers, peeled and chopped
- 3 cloves garlic
- juice of 2 lemons
- 2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
All you need to do is throw all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse until thoroughly combined. Drizzle the cold sauce over grilled meats or vegetables.
