This tzaziki yogurt sauce recipe can be made in big batches and stored in the refrigerator for several days in an airtight container. This sauce pairs excellently with grilled chicken, beef or lamb, but also works well with simple grilled vegetables.

  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and chopped

  • 2 cups plain nonfat yogurt

All you need to do is throw all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse until thoroughly combined. Drizzle the cold sauce over grilled meats or vegetables.
