During a recent trip to Costco, I picked up two boxes of Fiber One Bars. I bought the Fiber One Lemon Bars and the Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bars. I love the great value I get on these bars at Costco!

Did you know that the Fiber One Lemon Bars have only 90 calories per bar? That’s definitely a snack bar that I can feel good about enjoying! I also appreciate that they’re individually wrapped, so they’re super portable!

The taste of the bright, tart lemon flavor pairs so well with the soft, crumbly texture of this tasty bar! The tangy drizzled topping makes this a bar that’s truly a treat to indulge in – without any of the guilt! These bars could easily be dubbed “Luscious Lemon”! In fact, Fiber One is currently running a national campaign with the slogan: “So delicious, it should have another name.” What would you name these bars?

If I find myself out & about with a craving, I know I have a Fiber One bar in my purse! It’s a delicious, nutritious snack that’s high in fiber (5 grams of dietary fiber, to be exact). These bars actually have more fiber than sugar- I love that!

After working out, I usually enjoy one of these Fiber One Lemon Bars. They’re definitely one of my gym bag essentials, along with my water bottle, music player and earphones.

The other variety of the Fiber One Bars I purchased from Costco was the Oats & Chocolate Chewy Bars. These have a whopping 35% daily value of dietary fiber! I love that the bars are free of artificial flavors, artificial colors and artificial sweeteners.

Each bar is only 140 calories and has a delicious combination of whole oats & rich chocolate chips!

In fact, when I’m in the office trying to get some work done, I often need a little pick-me-up in the afternoon! To combat that 3pm slump, one of these bars is the perfect solution! It’s a high-fiber bar that’s delicious and totally satisfying!

The Fiber One Lemon Bars are my favorite! I have some in the pantry right now. I have to hide them from my son. They are perfect for throwing in my purse whenever I leave the house to run errands.

After just getting over Gestational Diabetes I lived on Fiber One bars. They were amazing and a huge staple in my snack bag! They are oh so delicious.
