When it comes to figuring out dinner at the end of the day, I’m usually looking for something that’s delicious, convenient and healthy. That’s why I’m so excited I recently discovered Meal Time Box! With this meal subscription box, I can enjoy gourmet foods from the comfort of my own home!

Just a few days ago, I came home and found the Meal Time Box on my doorstep! I couldn’t wait to see inside!

It was in the mid 90’s on the day this was delivered and this box sat outside for a few hours, but all the food inside was still frozen! Isn’t that impressive? Everything is carefully packed inside a foam cooler with multiple reusable gel packs!

I got five individually-wrapped meals! I love that each one is hand-labeled in vacuum-wrapped pouches. I received the following meals: Baked Penne, Pulled Pork, Pernil Al Horno, Roast Chicken and Fried Chicken Cutlet.

I love that my shipment includes a personalized Instruction sheet. It has my name at the top, lists the various meals in the package, and includes the instructions for preparing the meals!

To prepare the meals, all I needed to do was cut a small slit on the side of the pouch and pop it into the microwave for a few minutes!

Afterward, I was able to enjoy a truly gourmet, high-quality meal from the comfort of home. These meals are nothing like the stuff you can get from the frozen food aisle your local supermarket. These are truly hand-crafted, gourmet meals that are nutritious, wholesome and absolutely delicious. The first meal I tried was the Pulled Pork. It was so flavorful and featured BBQ sauce, smoked ham hock, collard greens and mashed sweet potatoes.

The second meal I tried was the Roast Chicken. The chicken was so incredibly moist and flavorful. It was seasoned with rosemary, thyme and lemon. It was served alongside some carrots and scrumptious potato slices! Skip the restaurant and just heat up these delicious meals in minutes!

The third meal I tried was the Baked Penne. This dish was served with ground beef, tomato sauce, white wine, basil, fennel seeds and mozzarella. It was so fresh and tasted like it just came out of the oven!

Each cheesy bite was so incredibly flavorful! I really love that each meal is handmade from scratch!

I still have two more meals to try. I know what I’m having for dinner tonight! I also found some free handcrafted desserts in my shipment: these strawberry krispy treats!
