Simple Fall Display w/ Dollar Store Flowers!
September 14, 2015Sorry for the late post today. In fact, I spent the majority of my day today staining our new fence with my husband! It was tedious work and now my arms are sore and tired! 🙁
However, on a brighter note, I have a gorgeous stained fence now that I’m so proud of! Here’s a quick peek!
Nice, right? That color is Thompson’s Acorn Brown Transparent from Home Depot, in case you were wondering! I’ll share a post on the process of staining the fence later on, but for today, I wanted to share with you all how I displayed some dollar store flowers for Fall!
You know me and a bargain! I love to save money, so if I can deck out my house for Fall without spending a lot of money, I’m all over it! And this idea is certainly affordable! You won’t believe what goes into this little Fall display!

Supplies:
an old glass jar
popcorn kernels
burlap ribbon and twine (optional)

Directions:
1. Prep your jar. Clean it thoroughly and remove the labels. See this post for further directions on prepping your jars!
Repurposing old glass jars
2. Place the popcorn kernels into the jar and then stick the flowers inside.

3. Wrap the ribbon and twine around the jar! Voila!
