Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds (secret ingredient)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen (fresh is also acceptable)
  • 1/2 banana
  • Optional: sweetener (I like 1 tbsp. stevia)

  • Simply throw all ingredients in a blender and blend on high setting.
  • Serve immediately. Garnish with a few blueberries, if you like!
