5 Ways I Pamper Myself At Home
July 18, 2019This is a sponsored post written by me for Massage Heights. All opinions are mine alone.
As a busy mom & entrepreneur, finding time for myself is not always an easy task. On some days, it feels like I am running around from morning until night, taking care of everyone around me…but when is the right time to focus on myself? The good news is that it doesn’t take much time or effort to pamper oneself. Did you know that this week is “Everyone Deserves a Massage Week”? Even if you can’t find the time to visit the spa this week, you can recreate a spa experience at home with the right products- in fact, a little effort goes a long way!
Today I’m partnering with Massage Heights to inspire you to pamper yourself this week. Have you heard of Massage Heights? They offer a wide variety of massages, facials and other services, all of which are designed to focus on the individual’s mind, body and spirit. Massage Heights is dedicated to the well-being of every person that walks through their doors. All you really need is one hour to experience the powerful serenity at Massage Heights, but if you’d like to create a spa experience at home, check out their line of Heights at Home products. With 5 separate product lines (Energize, Relieve, Revive, Relax & Breathe) to suit your various needs, you are sure to find a product that will help you achieve inner peace.
1. Light a candle!
I’ve always been a candle lover. There’s something about watching (and hearing) a flickering flame that is so calming. Plus, with the right scent, a candle can be a total sensory experience. This Lemongrass candle, infused with essential oils, helps to encourage relaxation and a general sense of well-being. I leave it on my desk in my home office for an effortless boost in relaxation.
2. Use a linen spray!
Want your bedding to transport you to a calm, serene state of mind? This linen spray from Heights at Home is the perfect solution. Simply spray some right on your pillow or sheets; you can even use it as a room spray. This all-natural, therapeutic blend of lavender, sweet orange and ylang-ylang essential oils helps to promote a profound sense of relaxation. Scent is such a powerful thing and I can say that this spray has quickly become one of my new favorites. It totally helps me unwind after a stressful day.
3. Facial mask!
What spa experience is complete without a skincare treatment? I’ve always believed that great skincare is key to a great complexion…and what skincare routine is complete without a good mask? This charcoal facial mask helps to brighten and invigorate lackluster, dull skin. It’s the perfect way to boost one’s complexion after a long, hot summer day.
4. Body scrub!
Now that we took care of the skin on our face, let’s turn our attention to the skin on our body. A body scrub is an essential part of my beauty routine, as exfoliating dead skin cells is necessary to reveal brighter, more youthful skin underneath. This body scrub from Heights at Home exfoliates & hydrates the skin – it truly leaves my skin feeling so soft & smooth. Plus, the perfect combination of lemongrass, basil and lavender essential oils helps to awaken the body & mind. It’s one of my favorite beauty treatments to do in the morning because it totally revs me up for the day!
5. Roll-on essential oil!
I have always been a fan of diffusing essential oils to create a serene, calming environment, but it’s not always possible to use the full-size diffuser. When I’m on the go, I can still benefit from the powerful effect of essential oils by bringing along this roll-on formulation from Heights at Home. This rejuvenating blend of sage, rosemary and basil helps to clear my mind and start my day on the right foot!
Based in Texas, Massage Heights has retail locations throughout the United States and Canada. In addition to a wide variety of a la carte selections, they also offer lifestyle membership options so you can experience a continuous series of rejuvenating sessions to calm your nerves and clear your mind. If you want to stay updated on the latest news & offers from the company, be sure to check them out on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
I have been keeping the lemongrass candle, essential oil roll-on and linen spray on the desk in my home office recently. This combination of products really helps me channel my inner zen during busy workdays, when I’m dealing with work deadlines & everyday stress.
I hope these tips inspire you to create a spa experience at home for yourself too. If you want a true spa experience, be sure to visit a Massage Heights location near you and enjoy the total-body relaxation for yourself. How do you pamper yourself at home?

Linens sprays are LIFE! I use them all the time and need to curb my enthusiasm with them… might be overload! haha! Also, love candles but I do soy so there is no black residue. What faves do you have that are soy based?
