I have a super delicious recipe to share with you all today. This Coconut Oil Chocolate Fudge is made with only 3 ingredients so it is super easy to whip together. Made with coconut oil  (I love this brand), these chocolate candies are delicious & creamy and they definitely melt in your mouth. You can choose to flavor these with additives & mix-ins, but the basic recipe for these coconut oil chocolates is delicious too!

Traditional chocolate fudge is laden with ingredients that are not the healthiest. This recipe for Coconut Oil Chocolate Fudge is actually delicious & nutritious! You won’t even realize that you’re enjoying a treat that is low in sugar and filled with good-for-you fats.

Wondering which are the 3 ingredients that go into this recipe? Well, the base of these coconut oil chocolate candies is of course coconut oil! You can get any brand you like, but this is one that I use often. I love that it’s cold-pressed and all-natural.

To add a “chocolate-y” flavor to these candies, I use some cacao powder. What I love about cacao powder is that it adds a rich chocolate flavor without any of the extra sugars & additives of store-bought chocolate candies. Cacao powder is actually considered a super food and is a great source of Vitamin C and fiber.

Since coconut oil & cacao powder don’t have any natural sweetness, I like to add a bit of stevia for a sweet touch. After all, this is a fudge recipe. I get a big jar like this so I can add this natural sweetener by the spoonful to desserts, drinks, recipes, and more.

Then to create gorgeous little chocolate cube candies, I simply use a silicone ice cube tray with cube shaped molds. If you don’t want to buy an ice cube tray for this, you can also pour the mixture into a baking tray, freeze it, and then cut it into small squares.

These Coconut Oil Chocolate Fudge bites are delicious and are sure to be a favorite in your household too. If you’re looking for a fun way to jazz up this recipe, here are some easy ideas:

  • To create a spicy version, simply add some cayenne pepper to the mix.
  • To add a tropical touch, add some diced dried pineapple to the mix.
  • To add a crunch, add some whole chocolate chips before placing in the freezer.
  • To add a salted caramel flavor, drizzle in some caramel & sea salt in the mix.

As you can see, the possibilities are endless. Customize this recipe to your liking and be sure to check out the original too! It’s simple & delicious & natural in its basic form, too!
