My Five Favorites of June
June 30, 2017This post is sponsored by OSEA Malibu. All opinions are mine alone.
Now that June is wrapping up, I’d love to share with you all my favorites from the month. From beverages to skincare and more, keep reading to see what’s putting a smile on my face these days!
My Five Favorites of June
1. Iced Tea:
When the temps rise, there’s nothing better than an ice-cold glass of tea! I’m a huge fan of tea and enjoy it throughout the year. However, during spring and summer, I generally stick with iced teas. This blackberry iced tea is a new variety that I recently tried and loved!
2. Flower Garden:
What is it about spring that makes me want to tend to the garden? Seeing all our perennial flowers blooming once the weather warms up always puts a smile on my face. I love watering the garden and pruning the overgrown plants. I love planting new species and fertilizing the lawn. I really enjoy everything about my garden in the spring.
3. Light Skincare Solutions:
As the weather warms up, my skin generally gets more sun exposure. So I like sticking with products that support a healthy, non-toxic lifestyle, such as OSEA Malibu.
Their Summer Skincare Essentials line features products that are rich in minerals, seaweed extracts and natural vitamin E, which help keep your skin moisturized & healthy.
results you can sea…
The first product I tried from them is their Ocean Cleanser. Perfect for normal or combination skin, this cleanser is rich in minerals and leaves my skin feeling clean & refreshed. I love that it also contains juniper, cypress, jasmine and seaweed. It has a lovely delicate scent, too!
Another product that I fell in love with is their Sea Vitamin Boost. This mist is rich in antioxidants and brightens skin for an instant burst of freshness. Containing pomegranate, resveratrol, and madder root, this mist is sure to boost your skincare regimen. I like to spritz some all over my face in the morning and throughout the day to refresh the makeup.
I also had the pleasure of checking out their Atmosphere Protection Cream, which is a lightweight moisturizer that protects against environmental toxins.
It is soothing and has a pleasant scent. My skin always feels so smooth and supple after applying this moisturizer.
The OSEA Malibu Skincare line is natural, non-toxic, vegan and free of gluten, GMO, petroleum and parabens. It’s a family-owned business since 1996. I really love that they divide all their products according to skin type, so you are sure to find a product that’s suited to your individual skin condition.
4. Ice Cream:
One of the simplest pleasures of warmer weather is indulging in some delicious, frozen confections. A cone filled with soft-serve ice cream is such a simple pleasure of spring. It’s something that my daughters and I enjoy on a regular basis during the warmer months. After all, it’s about enjoying the moment & living life to the fullest.
5. Outdoor Picnics:
My kids are always up for an adventure. And sometimes, that adventure is just enjoying a picnic in our own backyard. When the weather cooperates, it’s totally fun to set a blanket right on the grass and enjoy sandwiches on our lawn.
Now that I’ve shared my favorites, I’d love to hear from you? What is putting a smile on your face these days? How do you take care of the skin during the warmer spring and summer months?

I can’t keep a plant growing to save my life, but I do love having fresh flowers in my home! The blackberry tea sound very yummy 🙂
I can’t stop starting at the ice cream! It’s one of my favorite summer treats:)
I’ve been looking for a product like the sea vitamin boost. I’m in Belize for a few months where it’s very hot and humid. I just never feel fresh and I’ve found I’m washing my face several times a day. This mist is just what I need!
These are all of my favorites too! I’ll definitely have to check out OSEA they look like amazing products!
Oh my, I can see why you can’t have picked just one favorite! Each number had me going, “me too, me too”. I think I’ll plan a picnic tomorrow to start with.
Ice cream and outdoor picnics are two of my favorite things about summer in general! In fact, I try to have as many picnics as I can in June before the July/August heat and humidity hit.
