Spaghetti Cups
To prepare this recipe, start by gathering the ingredients:
- Campbell’s® SpaghettiOs® pasta
- Prego® Italian Sauce (Traditional)
- phyllo dough
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- parsley
Take about 4-5 sheets of phyllo dough and place them on a cutting board. Use a pizza slicer to cut them into squares that are about 3″ long on each side.
Place each square of phyllo dough inside a mini muffin tray.
Optional: Brush with some melted butter to create a golden brown crust on the little cups.
Place the tray in a 350 degree oven for about 8-10 minutes or until the cups turn golden brown. Take them out and add about one tablespoonful of Campbell’s® SpaghettiOs® pasta inside each cup. This o-shaped pasta is totally slurpable and can even be enjoyed with a spoon!
My kids absolutely love the taste and flavor of the Campbell’s® SpaghettiOs® pasta with its signature sweet sauce. With Campbell’s® SpaghettiOs® pasta, parents can be kids, alongside their children. I love that this product comes in an easy-to-open can that offers a fantastic everyday value for consumers.
Next, add about one tablespoonful of Prego® Italian Sauce (Traditional) to each cup. The whole family really enjoys the homemade taste of this sauce. Made with real ingredients, Prego® Italian Sauce has a rich color, flavor and thickness that comes from a long simmering time. Did you know that this Italian Sauce is rooted in Italian American heritage and boasts the perfect balance of sweet & savory flavor? It’s easy for any home cook to incorporate this sauce into their recipes.
Top each cup with some shredded mozzarella cheese.
Place the tray back in the oven for another 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Once out of the oven, sprinkle some diced parsley on top of each cup for an easy burst of freshness.
I love the delicious flavor of these spaghetti cups. Not only are they delicious, but they also look so fun & festive!
These are perfect for satisfying those after-school munchies, but they are also elegant enough for a birthday party or other special celebration.
These spaghetti cups can be picked up and enjoyed with one hand- perfect for kids & adults alike!
