During the holiday season, I attend quite a number of gatherings with family and friends. As such, I’m always looking for quick, delicious appetizers & side dishes that are sure to please a crowd. Today, I’m excited to share with you my recipe for Stir-Fry Spring Rolls w/ a Garlic Ginger Dipping Sauce. This dish comes together in under ten minutes and is conveniently made using a Sweet Earth Kyoto Stir-Fry artisan bowl.
Stir-Fry Spring Rolls w/ Garlic Ginger Dipping Sauce
Sweet Earth is a natural vegetarian food company that creates delicious, internationally-inspired, plant-based meals for the busy individual. There are so many different varieties available, including artisan bowls, burritos, sandwiches and more. Rather than prepare a stir-fry from scratch, I was able to quickly use a Sweet Earth Kyoto Stir-Fry artisan bowl. Like all Sweet Earth products, my spring rolls were made with love!
The convenience of these bowls cannot be beat. After only a few minutes in the microwave, this meal is ready to be enjoyed. No need to prep, cut and cook veggies. No need to cook a big batch of rice. No need to cook the edamame. Everything is all set with these convenient meals.
I have enjoyed this Kyoto Stir-Fry meal just as it is many times. Packed with 11 grams of protein & 6 grams of fiber per serving, this is a meal I feel good about eating & serving to my guests. I also love that this meal is vegan and is made with organic tofu, carrots and edamame.
To form the spring rolls, I used these rice paper wrappers. They come in dried circular sheets.
Soaking them in hot water for just a few minutes makes them soft, pliable and translucent.
I created several spring rolls using just one box of this Sweet Earth artisan bowl!
What a fabulous platter to bring to a party this holiday season!
Each bite of these spring rolls is full of delicious flavor!
Sweet Earth products can be purchased from super Target stores & other retailers nationwide. Here’s a printable version of the recipe.
