Easy Banana Hazelnut Pancakes
These Easy Banana Hazelnut Pancakes are a fabulous way to start any day! Rich in hazelnut flavor thanks to the International Delight Simply Pure coffee creamer, these pancakes are pure perfection when they’re paired with a hot mug of coffee that’s also flavored with the creamer! I love that this coffee creamer is made with real milk, cream and sugar! Let’s get to the recipe now, shall we?
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 cup International Delight Simply Pure Coffee Creamer
- 1/2 cup mashed banana
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
- 2. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- 3. Heat a lightly oiled griddle and add about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Flip once and cook until browned on both sides.
This recipe comes together very quickly once I gather all my ingredients.
To mash the banana, I simply use a fork on a very ripe banana.
After adding the ingredients to a mixing bowl, I use a whisk to make the mixture smooth.
*Tip: Use an ice cream scoop when pouring the batter onto a hot griddle- it keeps the pancakes at a (mostly) uniform size.
Next, all I need to do is form a nice stack of these fluffy pancakes and top with some powdered sugar & a pat of butter. A nice generous drizzle of syrup completes this dish, don’t you think?
These pancakes have been a hit with the whole family, and I’ve already been asked to make these again- twice!

Oh my God, i want those pancakes so badly! I love proper American pancakes. British ones are flimsy rubbishy things.
