By far, my favorite season is fall. I love everything about the season: the falling leaves, the crisp air, the cozy sweaters, and of course, the delicious drinks. In fact, there’s nothing better than cuddling inside by the fireplace with a delicious drink during the cold fall days. Today, I will be sharing the recipe for an Autumn Sangria, a yummy, harvest-inspired beverage flavored with the goodness of apple, orange, cinnamon and ginger. I’ll also be sharing details on why I like to keep the world’s leading hangover prevention drink, Never Too Hungover Prevention, on hand to help prevent hangovers.
During the fall, I really enjoy cuddling inside by the fireplace. Warm slippers, fuzzy socks, comfy robe, tasty drink, … these are my essentials for fall! In fact, one of my favorite ways to elevate any old day in fall is to make & enjoy a tasty adult beverage, such as the Autumn Sangria recipe I will be sharing with you today.
Autumn Sangria Recipe
Let me tell you just how easy it was to prepare this Autumn Sangria. First, I combined a bottle of white wine and some apple cider.
To get nice, thin slices of apple, I used my mandoline. This handy dandy kitchen tool makes quick work of food prep.
I then gathered a few other ingredients that will be used to flavor my sangria, such as cinnamon sticks, honey, ginger powder and pumpkin pie spice.
I added all of these to my sangria and stirred to combine. I let this sit in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, I prepped my wine glasses. I moistened the rim with some water and then dipped them in some cinnamon sugar.
After taking the pitcher out of the refrigerator, I couldn’t wait to try the steeped flavor of this sangria!
All that’s left to do is pour the sangria inside the glass! How delicious does this look?!
A few glasses of this Autumn Sangria is sure to make any day extraordinary!
