Carrot Cake Milkshakes

When I think about my favorite desserts of all time, carrot cake ranks pretty high on my list. The combination of moist carrot-flavored cake and the rich cream cheese frosting are a match made in heaven. That’s why I was so excited to discover that there are two NEW flavors of OREO Cookies: Dark Chocolate and Carrot Cake. We have been enjoying both varieties in this house (I talked about them here). Today I’m excited to share a fun recipe… I’ll be using OREO Carrot Cake Cookies to make the best milkshake ever!
By the way, last weekend we visited our local Walmart and picked up a few more OREO Cookies. Did you know that there were #OREOatWalmart events throughout the country last weekend? They were giving out free prizes, giveaways and coupons! Did any of you attend the events? It was a lot of fun! Even if you missed the event, you can still celebrate the “The Stuf Inside” by trying one of these new flavors of OREO Cookies!
Are you ready for the recipe? I promise this is an easy one! Gather the ingredients: OREO Carrot Cake Cookies, vanilla ice cream, whole milk, carrot shavings, and whipped cream.
Add the OREO cookies, milk and ice cream into a high-powered blender.
Blend for a few minutes until the mixture is fully combined and smooth throughout.
Add the milkshake to two tall glasses. Isn’t the rich texture of the milkshakes awesome?! They are so deliciously indulgent!
I wanted to dress them up a bit so I added a generous serving of whipped cream.
I also added some carrot shavings and an OREO Cookie on top. Fun straws don’t hurt either, am I right? How sweet do these drinks look!
These milkshakes are the perfect way to celebrate the simple pleasure of delicious OREO Cookies.
This has been my go-to indulgence after a busy day. With spring right around the corner, this cool carrot cake milkshake is the perfect way to summon the warmer weather! Hopeful thinking, isn’t it?
