Homemade Meltaway Jello Candies
October 28, 2015Did you know you can make the most amazing homemade meltaway candies using just THREE ingredients?! Yes, you read that right! With only a few ingredients, you can make these totally delicious and perfectly soft candies at home! Just pop one into your mouth and you will immediately notice the sugar crystals providing a delicious crunch to the outside of these candies, and then the inside of these candies is sweet & super creamy!
These are probably one of the top three treats I’ve ever made at home! I know that’s a big statement, but that’s how much my kids and hubby loved these! And I love that you only need a few ingredients for these babies! You might even have all the ingredients you need at home already, which means that you can be biting into one of these babies in no time…

Homemade JELLO Candies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
different Jello packets (depending on how many different colors you’d like to make!)
Directions:
1. Combine the cream cheese and sugar in a food processor. Process until smooth.

2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and place into small cups. I divided mine into three equal sections and placed them in cups, because I had three different Jello varieties.

3. Add the Jello powder to the different cups. Notice the bright colors! So pretty!

4. Once they are mixed, simply roll a teaspoonful of each into a small ball and then flatten the ball. Place them in the fridge for several hours to firm up.

What! These are just simply awesome. I love the jello candy idea, who would’ve known you can do that. It looks so good and simple. Going to try it this weekend.

I can’t wait to try these. Just one question, is it 1/2 cup cream cheese and 1/3 cup sugar to each regular (small) size jello pkt? Which would make 9 candies of one flavor? Or 1/2 cup cream cheese and 1/3 cup sugar divided into 3 different jello flavors? Which would make 3 of each of 3 flavors? Or 9 candies of each flavor?
