1. Take makeup off before bed!
We’ve all been there… too tired to wash our face after a long day. However, avoid the temptation to go to bed with a ton of makeup on. 3. Exfoliate regularly!
Every single day, we shed skin cells. If those cells are allowed to accumulate on top of our skin, pores can get clogged – this can cause acne over time. Correct exfoliation removes this layer of dead skin cells and allows the newer skin cells to show through and breathe. Plus, regular exfoliation allows my skin to look and feel soft & smooth.
