Spread the love with an #UltraHug selfie!June 19, 2015
When I was younger, I used to love going to the aquarium with my parents. They would take me there on a regular basis, and I remember how I always got so excited about seeing all the different animals. My favorite animal was the sea lion. My parents even bought me a sea lion stuffed animal once and I slept with him for many months. I have very fond memories of the aquarium! Huggies is asking moms to post selfies with their baby in order to nominate a great community project for a $2K grant! How exciting!
Engineer Mommy is nominating Adventure Aquarium of Camden, NJ for the $2K grant! I know my kids (and so many others in the community) love seeing all the different animals at the aquarium, and I’m sure the grant would go a long way to preserving the beauty and amazement of Adventure Aquarium!
As part of my nomination, I am posting the following selfies of me & my baby.
She absolutely loves playing silly games with me, and looks for any opportunity to giggle!
I also want to do a quick review of the Huggies Snug & Dry Ultra diapers. I picked up my package at Walmart, and the price was very reasonable. It comes in a range of sizes from newborn all the way to 35 lbs, so you can be sure your baby will find a size that fits him just right!
Also, it has a unique quilted liner that locks away wetness better than other brands I’ve tried! What I love is that it has a conforming fit that eliminates any gaps, so you can let your baby play all day without worry about any leaks! And isn’t the designs sooo cute? (My daughter loves Mickey and Minnie, so she is a huge fan of these lil diapers!)
So are you ready to do your part and give back to the community? Pick a community project that’s near and dear to your heart, and nominate it by posting a selfie with your baby to Twitter & Instagram (be sure to tag #UltraHug). In this post, be sure to include a nomination (100-120 characters) that includes a name of a community project in the US.
All the selfies will be combined into a super cool collage on the Huggies site. On July 6, voting will narrow down the 20 finalists to 10 winners, who will each win a $2000 grant from Huggies! Click here to get started!
