Felt Baby Shoes DIY

January 9, 2012 3 By EngineerMommy

I found a felt baby shoes tutorial here and I thought the process seemed easy enough. Why not try it? So I headed over to Jo-Ann Fabric and picked up a bunch of felt sheets and got to work. I think the final product came out wonderfully! And so cute and cozy for small little feet in the Winter!

DIY Felt Baby Shoes Tutorial

  1. Using the templates, cut out the patterns out of felt.
  2. Using a blanket stitch, bring the back part of the shoe together and sew the seam.
  3. Attach the sole to the top part of the shoe using a blanket stitch.
  4. Use rick rack or other fabric embelishments to the top part of the shoe.
