I love a savory breakfast. I almost always will choose eggs & cheese over sweet waffles in the morning. But spending 30 minutes in the morning is often not an option.
Between chasing a crawling infant all over the living room and taking care of other household duties, I want to make a well-rounded and healthful breakfast QUICKLY!
This wrap came together in under 10 minutes. That’s a pretty good return on my time investment.
Easy scrambled egg breakfast wrap
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp bacon bits
- 1 flour tortilla
- Scramble the two eggs.
- Place the eggs, cheese and bacon bits in the tortilla and wrap it like a burrito. Slice it in half & enjoy!
